1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions apply to all devices sold to Circul8Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By submitting a sell order and sending a device to us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility to Sell
By placing an order with us, you confirm that:
- You are resident in the United Kingdom
- You are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent)
- You are the legal owner of the device
- The device is not stolen, lost, or subject to any finance, contract, or third-party claim
- You have the right to sell the device to us
We reserve the right to refuse any device that does not meet these requirements.
3. Preparing Your Device
Before sending your device, you must:
- Remove all personal data and accounts (iCloud, Google, Samsung, etc.)
- Disable all activation locks and screen locks
- Remove SIM cards and memory cards
- Ensure the device is not reported lost, stolen, or blacklisted
Any data remaining on a device will be erased during testing. We accept no responsibility for any data left on a device.
SIM cards or memory cards sent to us will not be returned and may be destroyed.
4. The Selling Process
- You submit your device details and condition
- We provide an estimated price
- You send the device to us
- We inspect and test the device
- A payment or revised offer is made
All prices are conditional upon inspection.
5. Device Condition & Grading
Prices are based on the condition selected at the time of booking.
If a device does not match the condition described, we may issue a revised offer. Reasons for revaluation may include, but are not limited to:
- Incorrect model or specification
- Functional faults
- Cosmetic condition
- Battery health
- Non-genuine or replaced parts
- Activation locks or account locks
Revised offers will be communicated by email.
Please see device conditions below.
New:
- Device must be unused and not previously activated
- Is not a fake device
- Original manufacturer box in good condition
- All original accessories included and unused
- IMEI/Serial number must match the box (where applicable)
- Device must be free from finance, contracts, blacklist status, and account locks
- Must not be refurbished, reconditioned, or repaired
Good:
- Fully functional device
- Powers on and operates as intended
- All features working including but not limited to (screen, camera, buttons, Face ID/Touch ID, speakers, microphone, charging port)
- No cracks to screen or housing
- May show light to moderate cosmetic wear (minor scratches or small scuffs)
- No water damage
- No iCloud, Google, or Samsung account locks
- Not blacklisted or reported lost/stolen
- Battery must hold charge and function normally
- Battery health must be above 80% on Apple devices
Poor:
- Device must power on
- Fully functional but can show heavy cosmetic wear
- Screen must be intact (no cracks, chips, screen burn or damage to the LCD/OLED)
- Housing must not be broken and back glass should not have any chips or cracks
- No water damage
- No iCloud, Google, or Samsung account locks
- Not blacklisted or reported lost/stolen
- All key functions must work correctly
- Battery must hold charge and function normally
- Battery health must be above 80% on Apple devices
Broken:
- Device powers on but has one or more functional faults
- Device has a cracked screen or physical damage
- May have display issues, charging issues, button faults, speaker/microphone faults, etc
- Must not be iCloud, Google, or Samsung locked
- Must not be blacklisted, lost, or stolen
- Devices that do not power on may have limited or no value
- Devices that are bent, crushed, or beyond economical repair may be recycled responsibly
6. Revised Offers & Responses
You will normally have up to 3 working days to accept or decline a revised offer.
If no response is received within this period, we may:
- Proceed with payment at the revised price, or
- Return the device (subject to return fees), or
- Recycle the device if it has no resale value
7. Rejected Devices & Returns
If you decline a revised offer, you may request the return of your device.
- A return administration fee of up to £10 may apply
- Devices must be requested back within 30 days
- Devices not reclaimed within this time may be recycled
- Devices with no economic value may be recycled responsibly
8. Locked, Untestable, or Blacklisted Devices
If a device is received with:
- iCloud / Google / Samsung lock
- PIN or password preventing testing
- Blacklist or stolen status
We will contact you. If the issue is not resolved within 30 days, the device may be recycled without payment. Return postage fees may apply if return is requested.
All devices are checked against industry databases.
9. Counterfeit, Lost, or Stolen Devices
Devices identified as counterfeit, stolen, or illegally obtained:
- Will not be paid for
- Will not be returned
- May be reported to the relevant authorities
10. Pricing Validity
Quoted prices are valid for 14 days from the date of order submission.
If the device is not received within this period, current market prices may apply or the order may be cancelled.
11. Postage & Risk
Devices sent to us remain your responsibility until received by us.
We are not liable for:
- Loss or damage in transit
- Devices sent using uninsured or inadequate postage
We strongly recommend using insured and tracked delivery for high-value items.
12. Payment
Payments are typically made by bank transfer.
- Payment is issued after successful inspection
- Payments are usually made within 1–2 working days of acceptance
- Payment details cannot be changed after submission
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or incorrect payment details.
Ownership of the device transfers to us once payment has been made or the device is recycled.
13. Cancellations
You may cancel an order before sending your device.
Once the device has been sent, cancellation is no longer possible unless the device fails to meet the stated terms and conditions.
14. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Events outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or liabilities that cannot be excluded under UK law.

16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
